When you place an order or submit a custom order request through Almighty3D, we collect the following information:

• • Payment information (processed securely by Square — we do not store card details)
• • Order details and any custom specifications you provide
• • Communications you send us via our contact or support channels

If you create a customer account, we also store your chosen username, display name, and a securely hashed version of your password.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect solely to operate our business and fulfill your orders:

• • To send you order confirmations and shipping notifications
• • To respond to your custom order requests and support inquiries
• • To issue refunds when applicable
• • To maintain internal records for accounting and tax compliance

We do not use your information for advertising, analytics platforms, or marketing lists without your explicit consent.

3. Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Square. Almighty3D never stores, transmits, or has access to your full credit card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment credentials. Square's privacy policy governs how your payment data is handled. You can review it at squareup.com.

4. Email Communications

We send transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping updates, invoice notifications) from orders@almighty3d.net. We use Resend as our email delivery provider. We do not send unsolicited marketing emails. If you contact us via email, your message and our reply are retained for business records.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share your data only as necessary to operate our business:

• • Square — payment processing
• • Resend — transactional email delivery
• • UPS / PirateShip — shipping and fulfillment (your name and address are shared to generate shipping labels)
• • QuickBooks — accounting and bookkeeping (order totals and transaction records)

6. Data Retention

We retain order records, customer information, and transaction history for a minimum of 7 years as required for tax and accounting compliance. If you create a customer account and wish to have it deleted, contact us at support@almighty3d.net. Note that order records associated with your account may be retained for legal and accounting purposes even after account deletion.

7. Cookies & Tracking

This website uses a session cookie solely to maintain your login state. We do not use third-party tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or behavioral analytics tools. Your theme preference (dark/light mode) is stored locally in your browser's localStorage and is never transmitted to our servers.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• • Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• • Request correction of inaccurate information
• • Request deletion of your customer account
• • Opt out of any future marketing communications (we do not currently send any)
