1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Almighty3D website (almighty3d.net) or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Products & Services

Almighty3D LLC is a Florida-based 3D printing company offering:

• • Pre-designed products available in our online shop
• • Custom 3D printing services based on customer-provided specifications

All products are printed to order. Product images are representative; minor variations in color and finish may occur due to the nature of FDM 3D printing and filament batches.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. Florida residents are subject to a 7% state sales tax.

Payment is processed securely through Square. By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge to your provided payment method. Custom orders are invoiced separately; payment is due upon receipt of the invoice.

4. Custom Orders

Custom order requests are subject to review and acceptance at our discretion. Submitting a custom order request does not constitute a binding agreement. We will contact you within 5 business days to discuss your request, provide a quote, and confirm feasibility.

By submitting a custom order, you represent that you have the right to use any designs, logos, or intellectual property included in your request. Almighty3D is not responsible for copyright or trademark infringement arising from customer-provided designs.

5. Shipping & Delivery

All orders are printed to order and typically ship within 3–7 business days of payment confirmation. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Almighty3D is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping is available on qualifying continental US orders. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

6. Returns & Refunds

Because all products are printed to order, we generally do not accept returns or issue refunds. Exceptions are made in the following circumstances:

• • The item arrives damaged or defective
• • The item does not match the confirmed order specifications
• • A genuine error was made on our part

Refund requests must be submitted within 5 business days of delivery with supporting photos. Custom orders are non-refundable except in cases of genuine production error. See our Returns Policy for full details.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including product designs, images, text, and branding — is the property of Almighty3D LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission. Product designs created by Almighty3D remain our intellectual property. Designs provided by customers remain the property of the customer.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Almighty3D LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Polk County, Florida.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
